High Season: $625 per night

Dates: January 5th – end of ski season (Mid-April). The peak months of the Colorado ski season.
Christmas Holiday: Rate negotiable
Dates: December 19 - January 4.

Mid Season: $525 per night

Late Fall - start of Ski Season to December 18

Early Fall - After Labor Day weekend to start of ski season
Please note:
- 2 night minimum during mid and high season.
- 4 night minimum for Martin Luther King weekend and President’s Day weekend.
- Cleaning fee of $200, included on 3 or more nights.

- We do not have a management company so there will be some "opening" and "closing" responsibilities
