Low Season: $395

Late Spring — End of Ski Season up to Memorial weekend
Early Fall — After Labor Day weekend to start of ski season
Mid Season: $495 per night

Summer — Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend
plus, beginning of ski season up until Christmas Break
High Season: $625 per night

Christmas Holiday
Holiday rates based on Boulder Valley School calendar. Please contact owner for specific dates.
Please email us if your family is interested in spending the Christmas holiday at Camp Patch.
Please note:
- 2 night minimum during mid and high season.
- 3 night minimum for Martin Luther King weekend and President's Day weekend.
- Weekly rental only during BVSD Spring Break. Check the BVSD calendar
- *Please contact us for Weekly Rate information.
- Cleaning fee $250, reduced for 3 or more nights of rental.
- We do not have a management company so there will be some "opening" and "closing" responsibilities
- No smoking, no pets, no exceptions
